Planned litter early 2027

We are hoping for a litter from Please in early 2027. She is expected to come into season in October/November.

For Please, we have chosen the lovely Coatfloats Mio, who lives in Sweden. He has an appealing pedigree with many excellent dogs behind him, and he is an incredibly charming and lovely dog himself. He is just the size I love – in other words, not too big, weighing 28 kg.

Mio is a certified civilian narcotics detection dog. He has completed the MH (Mental Description Dog), the FBR (Functional Description Retriever), and has also passed a tracking test. In addition, he has had some gundog training, and he is fast, picks up spontaneously and returns directly, with excellent deliveries. In everyday life, he is a confident and steady dog, and through his work as a narcotics detection dog, he has shown that he is comfortable and confident in a wide variety of environments and has a fantastic work ethic.

This combination has an estimated increase in inbreeding of 0.6% according to FlatcoatData.

This will be the first litter for both Please and Mio, and I am very excited to see what this combination may produce. Please is a wonderful dog to live with, to hunt with and to train, and I absolutely fell for Mio when I met him – I would happily have taken him home with me!

We are, of course, planning to keep a puppy from this combination ourselves as well. Please feel free to get in touch if you are interested in a puppy from this litter.
